The British Columbia (BC) Council is made up of elected volunteers. Each position is a three year term. The BC council meets four times a year to support and develop our provincial Guiding. Each area is headed by an Area Commissioner who automatically holds a seat on the BC Council. The Area Commissioners bring the voice of our membership to the council meetings.
