Nominees can be Girl Guide members or non-members, ages four to 18 as of October 11, 2022, who live in British Columbia, Canada. Self-nominations are welcome from girls and young women. They can also be nominated by someone they know outside of their immediate family (e.g., teacher, coach, guidance counsellor, or other adult who is familiar with their leadership activities). Parent nominations will be accepted if a non-family reference is provided for the nomination.
