Choose from a list of facilities vetted by Ontario Council, then plan your unit activity. Some of the Safe Guide paperwork is already templated for you! You do the booking, paperwork and registration and choose from the various program options. When booking with a Preferred Vendor, you may be asked to sign a document on behalf of your unit. Any document requiring a signature must be forwarded to the provincial office for authorized signature on behalf of Girl Guides of Canada, Ontario Council. As per Safe Guide, members are prohibited from signing contracts and leases.
