Application Form - Adults

This form is for all persons who identify as women over the age of majority in their province or territory that are applying to be members of Girl Guides of Canada. This application should take you roughly 20 minutes to read and complete. Submitting an application is the first step in the membership screening process. Once your application has been received and processed, you will receive information about the next steps.
