4 sterile surgical pads suitable for pressure dressings (individually wrapped)
6 triangular bandages
2 rolls of splint banding
1 roll-up splint

Electronic thermometer

Latex gloves and non-latex gloves

$10 in quarters and small bills
2 emergency blankets
Hard candy, mints, gum (for diabetics, hunger, stress relief)

Supply (Kit) List for Unit Weekend Camp - You will adjust a basic list for each camp, tailoring it to time of year and activities planned
You can use a stuff sack or a bedroll – your choice! Should contain:
Sleeping bag
Warm pyjamas or track suit
Wool hat
Warm socks
Small pillow and/or pillow case
Blanket
Mattress or bubble pad
Stuffed animal (optional)
For bedroll, waterproof the bedroll with ground sheet and tie with non-slip rope
Sit-upon:
12" x 12" thin foam mat, or newspaper inside a sealed plastic bag (can be sealed with duct tape) for sitting on
In a mesh bag, one of each of the following (must be non-breakable):
Cup or mug
Bowl
Plate
Fork, knife, and spoon
Tea towel to dry other dishes
Packed in 1 bag:
1 pair of warm gloves or mittens
1 camp hat (with brim to cover ears is preferred) and sunglasses
3 pairs of warm socks
1 pair of shorts
1 t-shirt
1 turtleneck shirt
2 warm sweaters (should be able to wear over long sleeved shirts)
2 long sleeved shirts
1 pair of long johns (or pants that can be worn underneath the others, must not be too tight)
2 pairs of long pants (jeans not suggested as they take longer to dry)
2 pairs of underwear
1 pair of running shoes
1 winter coat (it gets cold in the evening)
1 raincoat - must be waterproof (we will be outside even if its raining)
rain pants or wind pants
1 pair of rain boots - must be waterproof and reach above the ankle
1 garbage bag (minimum)
An extra set of clothes (i.e. underwear, socks, pants, warm shirt) tied well in plastic bag or in ziploc bags
Sunscreen
Toiletries: 1 wash cloth, towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, hair elastics, soap, kleenex, etc.
String for gadgets
1 flashlight with an extra set of batteries
Camera (optional)
Book (optional)
Bug repellant (non-aerosol)
Water bottle
NO GUM, CANDY, JEWELRY, VALUABLES, ELECTRONICS, CELL PHONES
