Dominica Twinning Project

The Girl Guides of Canada Dominica Twinning Project’s objective is to help to expand and strengthen the Guiding movement in Dominica. By taking part in this project, Members of Girl Guides of Canada are learning about the country of Dominica, its culture, customs, language and many other interesting facts. They will also learn about Girl Guiding in Dominica and the similarities and differences with Guiding in Canada.

Toonies for Twinning

Each member of Girl Guides of Canada is asked to make a $2 donation to the Dominica Twinning Project. Thanks to these donations, Girl Guides in Dominica now have new uniform T-shirts and camping equipment. Way to go!

Adopt-A-Unit Project

Units across Canada have pitched-in and helped out the Girl Guides in Dominica. Girls across Canada have sent craft kits, letters, meeting ideas, teaching tools and lots more to their friends in Dominica.
