Community Kick Off hosting request

Host a Community Kick-off event for Guiders in your area!

Details

  • Gather a team of Guiders and youth in your area to host a local Community Kick-Off event for adults.
  • You'll get a new digital Event-in-a-Box full of activities to encourage knowledge sharing and sisterhood.
  • The digital Event-in-a-Box will be emailed to you by May 31.
  • Events should take place in September.
  • The registration limit for each event is 30 but can be increased at your request.
  • Budget: up to $650 for location, refreshments and meeting materials.
  • Community Kick-Off crests will be mailed to individuals after the event once you confirm who attended.
  • Submit your hosting request by May 21.
  • You will be notified no later than May 31 if you are confirmed as a host.
  • Once your hosting team is confirmed you will need to verify your event venue and date no later than July 22 so registration forms can be created.
  • Registration for individual events open on July 29.
