Getting Started

New to the app? Follow these steps to get started:

Download the app tapping the icons below or visiting your app store (iTunes or Google Play Store) and searching for Girl Guides of Canada. Follow the prompts there.

Q: Does it cost anything to get the app?

A: Nope, it’s free.

Q: My account is locked! How can I unlock it?

A: For security purposes the account is locked if an incorrect login is entered too many times. To unlock your account, you can contact support at mobileapp@girlguides.ca or wait an hour, then go back to the app and use the "Forgot my Password" feature.

Because the app is connected to Member Zone (for Guiders) and online registration (for parents), if you change your password or username for one, the other will also be changed.

Q: How do I change my login?

A: After you log into the app, tap the Account button at the bottom of the screen to access the Change Password section.

Q: Can I set the app to save my password so I don’t have to type it in every time?

A: For security reasons, the app will not save passwords in the login screen.
